Vendor Declaring & Vendor War's
This is in relations to Gun, drug and attachment vendors.
Organisations are allowed to declare on multiple vendors at the same time if the vendor belongs to the same org. However there will be separate decs & wars for each one.
Crew+ are allowed to dec if they currently do not own a vendor.
If you are wanting the option to purchase/sell you must have a meeting prior. Purchasing/selling a vendor is no longer an option once a vendor declaration has been deemed successful and you are placed in a constant KOS.
Vendor declaring
Do not bother attempting to find loopholes, Org Management say is final.
You will need to gather evidence of a gang entering and exiting their vendor that you intend to declare on.
Once you have the evidence your gang leaders will need to provide it in their vendor channel gang staff will review it to then approve or deny your dec.
If you are seen or witness a gang member f8 from inside their vendor, provide a 30 minute clip to gang staff to review. If you are caught f8 from your vendor you will be actioned and vendor locked out.
You may request for Org Management to watch over vendor declarations. If Org Management aren't available to watch over the declaration and you wish to proceed you are required to have a clip from the time you arrive with the hostage at the vendor till the declaration is finished. Once your declaration is finished you are to submit an non edited/trimmed clip that has the persons microphone in the clip to Org Management for them to decide whether it is successful or unsuccessful.
Vendors are able to be declared on 24/7 as long as you follow the format above, if org management aren’t present to watch over the vendor declaration, you must have a recording of the whole 15 minute situation.
Once you have finished your declaration process you are NOT to continue hostile with that organisation until Org Management announces it as successful or unsuccessful
Steps To Vendor Dec
Kidnap any of vendor holders members and take them to the vendor.
Kidnapped members do NOT have to confirm whether they own that specific vendor. It will be confirmed or denied after you hold the person kidnapped at the vendor for 15 minutes.
We no longer place a claim down for vendor declaring, once you have a hostage you are to get on their radio and announce it to their gang that you have a hostage and are at their vendor declaring. This must be apart of the 15 minute clip.
If you break any rule during a vendor declaration you will instantly lose the vendor declaration and it will proceed to the war.
The vendor dec KOS will consist of:
Organisations 18v18 - Crew+ 14v14.
Hostile only - NO scouts.
15 minute KOS
1x Heli per gang - If your heli goes down, you cannot pull another out.
5x max vehicle limit for any forms of set up.
For the declaration to be deemed successful you are to hold the hostage at the door for the entire 15 minutes and make sure they do not escape. If the attacking org/crew are successful at doing so and no other issues are risen then the war will go ahead, however if the owning org manages to down everyone or the hostage taker is killed on the door and the hostage successfully escapes without being recaptured by the organisation declaring it will be deemed unsuccessful and a 24 hour declaration cooldown will be put on the organisation attempting a declaration.
If the hostage used for the declaration is killed by their own organisation in the process of the declaration, the declaration will instantly be successful to the organisation attempting the declaration. If the organisation attempting the declaration kills the hostage before the 15 minutes is finished the declaration will be unsuccessful.
If the attacking gang are unsuccessful in declaring they will then be placed on 24 hour cooldown on vendor declaring.
After Successful Declaration
Constant KOS will commence straight after the declaration has been deemed successful by Org Management and the ticket has been opened between both sides. The objective is to push either sides to forfeit, The KOS will continue until the vendor war unless one of the gangs decide to forfeit.
If the defending gang forfeits the constant KOS they are forfeiting the vendor war and possession of the vendor will be handed to the attacking gang.
If the attacking gang forfeits the constant KOS they will then lose the ability to proceed with a vendor war.
CONSTANT KOS:
Standard KOS rules apply
All tagged members of both gangs must be in identifiers/colours when IC at all times during a constant KOS this includes vehicle colours. Only exception is if you are working within a whitelisted business in uniform or untagged from the gang.
All hostile RP is permitted: Compound breaching, Handsing, KOS, Kidnapping.
COMPOUND BREACHING DURING CONSTANT KOS:
Due to being in a constant KOS you are not needing a roleplay reasoning to breach the opposing gangs compound.
Compound breaches are a max time limit of 30 minutes, you have 30 minutes from beginning of a compound breach to wipe the gang. If you do not successfully wipe them within the 30 minutes you are to leave the compound.
If your compound is breached and you are killed, you are not to return to your compound until after your timer has finished.
Compy camping is not permitted, if you breach a gangs compound and nobody is in it you are to leave immediately and try again at another time.
If one side forfeits all hostility is to stop immediately.
Ticket Opened For Negotiations
Negotiations:
What day the war will commence (Fri/Sat/Sun)
What time the war will commence (PM NSW time) If neither sides can come to an agreement on day/time Org Management will then take it upon themselves to pick the most suited option.
Vehicle colours.
Clothing outfit/identifiers.
Roster locks will happen 24 hours from agreed upon time/day of the vendor war.
The two gang involved will not be allowed to engage in or have any external hostility from other gang's during this period, unless you come to a temporary truce with the gang you're in a constant KOS with to handle external hostility from other gangs.
The Vendor War
Will consist of:
16v16 Orgs or 14v14 Crew+
60 minute KOS
Multiple lives
1x Heli per gang for the entirety of the 60 minute event You cannot pull a new one out if your heli is destroyed.
No scouts
During the Vendor War the following is not permitted
Use of roofs UNLESS accessible naturally by hand/foot Climbing, Stairs, ladders. - You cannot use vehicle's to access roofs.
Use of helicopters to access roofs.
No use of external vehicles at all this includes but not limited too: Mules/Rumpos/Brickades To create one ways, blocking access points, surrounding postcode access points and the vendor claim itself. Max total of any vehicles including local's to be used during vendor war set up is limited to 5.
MUST have vehicle size width access to the vendor claim.
You cannot use any props or vehicles to create any form of barrier around the vendor claim itself.
Helicopters are allowed to land on roofs to repair, members using the heli are permitted to shoot above at attacking members in or on a heli/higher grounds, you are NOT to shoot below at members fighting on the ground.
There are to be no vehicles on the claim at all during set up. They will be delete vehicle.
Once The Vendor War Is Complete
Attacking:
If the attacking gang wins the vendor, the vendor will be immediately placed on hold until it is changed ownership and then enter a 5 day cooldown period from the moment of access. You must submit a location the night of winning the Vendor War.
Defending:
If the defending gang loses the Vendor War they will lose ownership to the vendor immediately and are not able to use it from that point.
If the defending gang wins the vendor war, they will be granted 1x free relocation of that vendor and it will enter a 5 day cooldown period from the moment vendor war has concluded.
If the vendor war is forfeited, the vendor itself will be placed on a 5 day cooldown. Both gangs will still be able to have hostile initiated on them. Defending gang possession of other vendors are not exempt from vendor declarations. Only the one recently placed in a war will be put on a 5 day cooldown.
