KOS

For any hostility to be initiated on another gang, there must be valid reasoning behind it. For information related to gang beef refer to the tab "Active Gang beef"

KOS (Kill On Sight) Is where your gang has initiated hostility on a gang, both gangs are authorized to use lethal force against each other during the active period.

Once two gangs have agreed to Active Gang Beef, both sides will enter a 3 day KOS

Although it is stated as Kill On Sight, you cannot instantly kill a gang member who is actively doing things within the server to start a kos. You will need to declare on them. E.G. Yakuza & Sinister are in Active Gang Beef, Yakuza find a sinister member fishing in gang clothing. Yakuza are too declare on the Sinister member before shooting.

Once each KOS finishes that sit is done, this does not mean your Gang Beef is over. It is just for that fight itself unless agreed to run multiple rounds in the one KOS. To start a new fight within the same Gang beef you will need to declare on them.

Forced KOS

If a gang requests an official KOS against another gang and the opposing declines it. If sufficient evidence is provided by the gang declaring the Official KOS as to why it should be forced after one side has declined, Gang Management will take all evidence discuss it and then decide whether it is to become a Forced KOS If a forced KOS is approved the declining organisation has the opportunity to forfeit and pay demands.

Constant KOS

Constant KOS is where a declaration of vendor or turf war has been deemed successful. Both sides will be placed in a constant KOS right up until the war itself.

  • If attacking side forfeits you are to pay 10mil dirty.

  • If defending side forfeits you lose access to begin the vendor war at your vendor, you will have to start from your compound.

  • Standard KOS rules apply.

  • All hostile RP is permitted: Compound breaching, Handsing, KOS.

  • All tagged members must be in clothing/identifiers when IC when their gang is in a constant KOS.

If one side forfeits all hostility is to stop immediately until the Vendor War.

Handholding

Handholding is in regards to two or more gangs fighting another gang/gangs and is not permitted in Overcast. This includes compound breaching, if you breach a compound and see another gang already in the process of a breach your gang must leave immediately.

Vehicles during active hostile

  • Gangs must have set vehicle colours.

  • Gang helicopters must match the hostile vehicle colour.

  • You MUST only be within your own gang colour vehicles during any gang hostile. If you are seen in another gangs car or in a colour other then your current gang coloured vehicles you will be kicked from the server and your gang will receive a large fine.

  • 1x Hostile helicopter per gang - Must be in gang set colour - 1x per round.

If you are found exceeding the amount or with hellions in the wrong colours you will be kicked from the server, gang fines applied and run the risk of your hellion being impounded for an extended amount of time.
