Active Gang Beef

1. Once beef is created between two gangs, shots can be exchanged for one fight, but immediately after there has to be a ceasefire.

2. You must attempt to hold a meeting with the gang you are currently in conflict with, and if they refuse the meeting, you can resort to kidnapping a member of the opposing gang to enforce the hierarchy to attend the meeting. There is to be no shots exchanged unless an agreement has been made. This agreement can be made in the leaders general chat, a phone call IC between two gang leaders, or an IC meeting between both gang leaders.

3. If you take a gang member hostage to force a meeting you can give the opposing side two options. Pay the hostage demands to end beef or go forward with active gang beef and enter a 3 day kos. If you organise the active beef in a phone call or leaders general there are no demands to be paid and you can go ahead with the active gang beef between the two.

4. If hostage demands are paid, all beef is to be dropped immediately

If choosing to enter Active Gang Beef

1. KOS can go up to 3 days to find a natural conclusion on your own - Revise the KOS tab.

2. Both sides must agree on terms during this meeting, such as compound breaches, robbing and set demands

3. You must announce your agreed active beef in the "Gang Beef" channel in the orgs discord and include demands agreed on

4. If KOS continues past 3 days, both sides will be placed in an OFFICIAL KOS, where they will enter a gang instance. Must request gang staff to set it up - You MUST get your weapons out once in the instance, if PD intervene on you at the joining ped with your weapon on you. That is your own fault. If one side forfeits before the 3 days, demands are to be paid before the gang beef is marked finished in the gang beef channel.

5. The official KOS will be a bo3, where the winner of the official will be awarded the agreed on demands.

6. Once an official has concluded, both sides will not be able to interact with each other for 3 days.

Once a gang has announced their active beef, there is to be no interjecting from other gangs.

During any active gang beef, tagged members must be wearing identifiers at all times.

All gang members must have clips of incidents that occur to provide if requested by gang staff
