Discord Guidelines

This guideline is in relations to direct association within any discords affiliated with the Overcast community.

Treat everyone within Overcast affiliated discords with respect. Do not spam or self-promote without permission from a staff member. Do not share personal information on yourself or other Overcast Members without their consent. This includes but not limited to: Phone numbers, addresses, and any other personal sensitive information that can identify another person. The following discords are classed as affiliated:

  • All main overcast discords.

  • Gang discords that obtain members of the Overcast Community.

  • Any discords that are dedicated to being utilized for playing within Overcast.

Any Overcast member seen to be conducting inappropriate behaviours within these Discords will be actioned accordingly. The following is considered inappropriate/offences:

  • Doxing an Overcast Member this includes releasing OOC personal information on an individual without their consent.

  • Age restricted/obscene content - This includes text, images or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence and all graphically disturbing content.

  • Racism, sexism or hate speech.

  • Harassment - Sexual harassment.

  • Sharing and or distributing cheats, hacks and other unauthorized tools or services. This also includes being apart of anything in relations to what can be deemed as damaging to the server. Example; Doxing discords, Cheating discords/videos as these are strictly prohibited within the server.

  • Minging - Any attempt to exploit the boundaries of the rules with the intent to adversely affect the community or another member is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, instigating conflicts without justification, persistently disturbing others, and consistently causing unfavorable outcomes in a majority of situations.

  • Overcast heavily monitor its communities' interactions within its established affiliated discords, we will not accept offensive or inappropriate usernames, banners, status messages, bios or profile pictures.

  • Do not advertise your own gaming communities, servers or any spam form links within Overcast Affiliated discords.

  • Discord is not to be used to harass other Overcast players for in-game actions. Keep in city, IN city.
