PD Guidelines


Restricted & Unrestricted Zones

Unrestricted Gang conflicts and fights may occur without any police involvement or interference. The unrestricted zone will start from route 68 and abov

Restricted Zone A shared zone where gang conflicts are permitted; however, law enforcement (PD) is allowed to respond and intervene as necessary. If PD are intervening a dec will be placed out on both gangs and a 1 minute timer will be placed out for PD. Once that timer has ended CIRT and some selected PORT members will have the right to shoot anyone with a gun in his hands.


Breaches

  • Breaches can only be called by a superior officer

  • Can only be called where there is subsequent evidence of illegal activities currently happening within the compound

  • Police presence must be made known for 2 minutes prior to breaching

  • CIRT only to breach the compound and engage in shooting with gangs inside

  • GD only to collect bodies and provide medical once gangs are wiped out

  • Highway only to patrol area and stop any further vehicles from entering the compound


Evidence/Intel Gathering

Evidence can be gathered within the Unrestricted area by CIU officers, however they will not interfere directly e.g dec timer or picking up bodies to loot. The dec timer within the restricted zone may only be posted by the CMD team, MEL 100 - 105. PD is not allowed to be classified as outnumbered 2:1 whilst interfering within gang beef in the restricted area


CIRT Gang Rules

Members of gangs are allowed to apply for CIRT with the following guidelines

  • Max 3 per Gang Only 1 gang Lead per gang

  • Must have 30+ days played (server total)

  • No Ban history in 30 days

  • If active beef then CIRT blocked (PD Corruption ban if found playing)

  • Not allowed above Operator

  • One Div Strike Only

  • Not Outlawed Gang

  • Rank Locked still to First Constable


Medical

Keybinded medical is not permitted, medical performed by an officer takes at least 30 seconds if being /me. You are also expected to respond to the medical. If you sense an officer has a medical keybinded and is rushing through it you can clip it and report it.


Cop Baiting

Shooting within compounds unsuppressed with intentions to pd wipe is not permitted. This will be seen as cop baiting and can be actioned, if this is done PD will use full force to stop the situation.


PD Wiping

Pd wiping is only permitted in some instances, Majority of pd interactions you are too Roleplay yourself out of the situation to the best of your ability.

Not permitted but not limited too:

  • Simple traffic stops such as, red lights, speeding - any form of RP traffic stops.

  • Any form of robbery e.g. House, store, bank, container, bobcat, vangelico etc.

The only exception for PD wiping during simple traffic stops are if you're convoying/in an active KOS within the same area and all your members are nearby. You will need to declare on PD and give them the chance to leave, if they choose to stay you can then initiate hostile RP on them during this if you do not provide this you will be actioned with NITRP.

If you have a shoot out with PD that does not warrant you to shoot all PD. Example; You get into a shoot out with PD in Vinewood, you cannot shoot PD that are in other areas of the city especially if they are not apart of the original sit.

Permitted PD Wipe. These are examples but not limited too of what is deemed acceptable to continue with a PD wipe:

  • An gang member is selling drugs and 2x police officers show up to question.

    The org member is expected to roleplay themselves out of trouble.

    You are able to radio in any gang members to camp and keep visual of the scene but they are not to intervene.

    If 4+ Police officers are called in, your org members are able to intervene and force the police officers to fear for their life to release your org member. If police become hostile then radio for back up and there is more then 10+ police officers an org will be permitted to pd wipe

    If any shooting/killing is done by an Org member when an officer is fearing life it will be treated as RDM.


Gun retrieval from Police

An gang member has had their gun confiscated from a police officer during a shootout/search, gang's must understand once PD has placed the gun in evidence, they are unable to retrieve the gun for return. Once a gun has been taken by PD, gang members are too kidnap any police officer and make them fear for their life to return the gun. It must be within the same sit, cannot be 5, 10 minutes later. You must kidnap the Officer and retrieve the gun before it is put into evidence.

  • 1 Officer - 1 Demand: the gun retrieval

  • 2 Officers - 2 demands: the gun retrival & escape.


Heists

If you do a heist it is a requirement to continue the roleplay and participate in the chase. You are expected to participate in the chase. If your vehicle starts smoking you are then able to dismount and start shooting as PD see this as fair game. Alongside with that, you are to verbally declare on PD stating you are going to shoot E.g. “If you keep following us we will shoot” “Leave the area within 10 seconds or shots will be fired” Instantly leading pd from the beginning of a chase with sole intention to PD wipe is not permitted Sidenote: Pd love interior holds, Once your car has started smoking you can then head into the direction of an interior hold.

Heists 6 and under with no colours: You MUST stay as a 6 and under group, you are not able to call other org members for reinforcements. If you are found to be in a sit where more than 6 same gang members are involved, your Org will be fined and individual actions will be handed out.

Events

Anyone involved in Crew/Org events need to get ready in either their compound or the new safe zone garages. Compound’s will be safezones for the entirety of official weekly events held by Shadow industries. Members seen in public areas with guns will be intercepted and guns will be confiscated, getting ready for an event will not be accepted as a reason. Shooting at your compound and using the event as an excuse will also not be permitted Garages: 954, 3024, 35 are now seen as safezones 15 minutes before and after events.
