Downed/Killed - Timer
When a member of an organisation is KIA during any form of KOS you are placed on a 15 minute cooldown timer from your death.
Being downed/killed applies to the following scenarios:
Falling off a roof.
Killed by attacking Org/Crew.
Being killed by a fellow Org/Crew Member.
Falling out of a car.
Bleeding out.
Explosions.
Dying by any means.
If you are killed or downed in a RP hostile sit. You are prohibited from re-engaging in that sit.
You cannot start or join any hostility while on a 15 minute cooldown timer.
If you are on timer you are to remove all Org identifiers/clothing this includes gang coloured vehicles. This is to prevent other Org members from initiating hostile RP with you for the remainder of your timer. If you have your clothing on and get kidnapped/killed that is on you.
If you're found to be participating in hostile RP, taunting/shit talking towards other Org Members while on your timer the opposing Org Member will be granted to reinitiate hostile RP on you.

command.
If you are found to be instantly going back from respawn and on timer to participate in hostility/shooting or picking up bodies you will be actioned for NLR do NOT return to the scene while it is still active.
