You're not able to join the server? It keeps saying No heartbeat received???

The main cause for the is most likely your time settings.

If your time is synchronized with normal times FiveM doesn't allow you to join, the way to fix this is by automatically updating your clock.

Windows Key > Settings (search)

Time & Language

Click on the Date & Time section > Set Time Automatically (ensure it is switched on)

Then attempt to reconnect to the server.
