Redeeming Coins

To successfully redeem your coins, please follow these steps:

  • Wait 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Fly into the city

  • Type /redeem in your chat box by pressing T on your keyboard.

  • Ensure you are inputting the entire order number, starting with "tbx"

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct CFX account on the FiveM menu.

  • Head to the airport and press E to enter the supporter store and head to the computer on the lefthand side in the warehouse.

Should you encounter any challenges during this process, please provide us proof of the sale, the email you would have received. Showing the time date and TBX number and you can block out any other info.

Payment Issues

If you're using your bank card and experiencing issues, there's a possibility that Tebex is blocking the card. Many players have found success using PayPal.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, for all blocked payments you need to reach out to Tebex directly through their support at or for further assistance.

If Tebex has taken the money and declined the payment the money will bounce back into your bank in a few days
